A bit of history, the Gallery Café was introduced to the Princeton community in July of 1996. Holly Trump and her experienced staff have brought over 20 years of knowledge in food service operations to the success of this unique business dining experience. The Gallery Cafe was designed to break the paradigm of traditional cafeteria food service. Chef/account managers John Renshaw, Mark Madli, Brian Schleper, Jerry Yusko, Joel Ortiz, Nelson Hidalgo and staff present seasonal foods and specialized service that complete the atmosphere at the Café. We are a constant in developing a standard of food and service for both the Cafe and off premise catering that continues to receive noted praise.
